Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 285°F.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add flour and chopped pecans; mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. While hot, roll the cookies in powdered sugar until coated.
