Super Shrimp offers tender, pink shrimp marinated in flavorful Italian dressing, perfect for quick, easy, and delicious appetizer or main dish for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. In boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until they are pink.
  2. Cool the shrimp, then peel and devein, leaving the tails on as handles.
  3. Place the cooked shrimp in double freezer bags.
  4. Pour the bottle of Italian dressing over the shrimp in the bags.
  5. Close the bags and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
