Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. minced cooked ham
  • 1/4 chopped small tomato
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle minced cooked ham, chopped tomato, green pepper, and onion over the omelet while cooking slowly.
  2. Run a spatula around the edge of the omelet to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  3. When the egg is almost cooked but still shiny, loosen the edge of the omelet, then fold or roll one-half over the other.
  4. Serve immediately.
