- Mix

- baking powder, sugar and salt together in a mixing
- bowl.
- Cut in
- butter
- or margarine to resemble coarse crumbs.
- Combine milk and egg, add to dry ingredients, stirring with
- a fork until it forms a soft dough.
- Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness, cut
- out
- biscuits
- with
- 2-inch
- cutter.
- Good for cobblers, chicken pie, etc.
