Sweet Mustard Chicken features tender chicken strips cooked with onions, topped with melty cheese and a honey mustard glaze, perfect for a flavorful, comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. chicken breast
  • 2 oz. julienned white onions
  • 1 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 oz. honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash, trim, and julienne chicken into 1/2 x 1/2 x 4-inch strips. Place in a saute pan with onions.
  2. Use 1/2 ounce clarified butter to saute chicken and onions until 80 percent done.
  3. Transfer the sauteed chicken and onions into a casserole dish.
  4. Ladle honey mustard over the chicken mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
