- Use 1/2 ounce clarified butter to saute chicken and onions until 80 percent done.

- Ladle honey mustard over the chicken mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
