Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk or evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 pats butter
  • 1 small can coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Set aside before serving.
