Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Place layers of sliced potatoes in a deep dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar, butter, and spice.
  4. Cover with pie crust.
  5. Make 2 or 3 layers of potatoes and pie crust.
  6. Bake until brown.
  7. Pour milk on top of pie and let it come to a boil.
