Sweet Suet Soup
A delightful sweet soup combining prunes, raisins, orange, and fruit cocktail, infused with cinnamon and tapioca, perfect for a comforting dessert or light meal.

Instructions
- Put prunes, rice, and about 2 1/2 cups water in pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook much longer.
- Add more water, raisins, cinnamon, orange pieces, and sugar to the pan with the prune mixture.
- Cook slowly for about 1 hour.
- Add the fruit cocktail and tapioca to the mixture.
- Cook just until the tapioca and fruit cocktail are dissolved, then serve.
