Ingredients

  • 6 slices white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • onion juice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Grease casserole.
  2. Decrust bread and cut slices in 3. Cut cheese in thirds, grate.
  3. Layer of bread, etc.
  4. Soak at least 2 hours.
  5. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
