Swiss Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. Ice cake while warm.
