Swiss Vegetable Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all together, reserving 1/2 the onions and 1/2 the cheese. Put in 1-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
