Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 small cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add crushed pineapple, whole cranberry sauce, lemon juice, celery and nuts.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaf.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
