Ingredients

  • 1 gallon dill pickles, hamburger sliced
  • 5 pounds sugar minus 1 cup
  • 1 ounce or more Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  3. Mix well to coat the pickles evenly.
  4. Do not refrigerate the mixture; let it sit at room temperature for 7 days, stirring every day.
  5. On the eighth day, refrigerate the pickles and enjoy.
