- All ingredients can be chopped very fine by hand, except for the parsley.
- It could be chopped in a food processor.
- Mix all vegetables together.
- Just before serving, soak the cracked wheat (burgul) in a little water; add to vegetables and add salt, pepper, peppermint, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Mix very well. Ready to eat!
- Makes enough for 6 people.
