Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • tortilla chips
  • lettuce, shredded
  • shredded cheese
  • tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with onion. Drain grease. Add enchilada sauce, beans and corn (drained). Put on top of tortilla chips on plate. Add lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream.
