Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 (6 oz.) can black olives
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large package shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. On a serving platter, spread the two cans of bean dip evenly.
  2. Mix taco seasoning with the sour cream and spread over the bean dip layer.
  3. Chop scallions and black olives.
  4. Layer the chopped scallions and black olives over the sour cream mixture.
  5. Chop tomatoes and layer over the onions and olives.
  6. Cover the layered mixture with shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses.
  7. Chill the dip before serving.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips for scooping.
