Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 c. green chilies, chopped
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add the tomatoes and green chilies and stir.
  3. Add the Velveeta cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese and melt until smooth.
  4. Serve hot with Tostitos, Fritos, bread cubes, or raw vegetables.
