Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. pork spareribs
  • 1/2 cup apricot-pineapple preserves
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork spareribs into serving size pieces.
  2. Place the ribs on a rack in a roasting pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 1 hour.
