A vibrant, fruity salad featuring pineapple, oranges, cherries, bananas, and grapes, combined with tangy flavored pudding, perfect for parties, picnics, or refreshing summer treats.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 2 or 3 bananas, sliced
  • grapes
  • apples

Instructions

  1. Cook vanilla pudding in 2 cups of the drained fruit juice, adding a little water if necessary to make 2 cups.
  2. Add the Tang to the cooking pudding and stir well.
  3. Allow the pudding to cool completely.
  4. Add drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, sliced bananas, grapes, and apples to the cooled pudding.
  5. Mix gently to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
