Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. can butter beans, drained
  • 1/4 C. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 C. onions, chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, fried crisply

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except bacon in a shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Near end of baking time, remove cover and crumble bacon over top and finish baking.
