Ingredients

  • 2 quarts peaches
  • 3 tablespoons Minute tapioca
  • 1 package white cake mix

Instructions

  1. Put undrained peaches in a 12-inch Dutch oven.
  2. Add tapioca and stir to combine.
  3. Mix cake according to directions in another bowl.
  4. Pour cake batter evenly over peaches.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes with 14 coals on top and 8 on bottom.
