Ingredients

  • 1/2 box tapioca
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ounces frozen orange juice
  • water

Instructions

  1. Take juice from the pineapple and mandarin oranges and add enough water to make 3 cups of liquid.
  2. Cook the tapioca in the prepared liquid with sugar until thickened.
  3. Add the orange juice and drained fruit to the cooked tapioca mixture.
  4. Chill the salad before serving.
