Tasty Beer Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • dash of garlic powder
  • flat beer
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Soften cheese, add onion, vinegar, garlic powder and red pepper.
  2. Add enough flat beer to make a soft dip.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Makes a small amount, double if desired.
  5. Be sure beer is flat.
