Ingredients

  • 1 brisket
  • buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the brisket in buttermilk overnight.
  2. Place the brisket in a large cooking bag.
  3. Add Italian dressing to the bag with the brisket.
  4. Place the bag in a pan and cut slits in it.
  5. Set the oven to 225°F (low) and cook the brisket for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. Let the brisket cool, then slice and enjoy.
