Ingredients

  • 3 (3 oz.) packages Jell-O
  • 4 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package plain gelatin
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Separately dissolve 3 different flavors of Jell-O each in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
  2. Pour each flavor into individual 8-inch square pans and chill until firm.
  3. Cut the firm Jell-O into 1/2-inch cubes.
  4. Dissolve plain gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water and chill until syrupy.
  5. Meanwhile, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  6. Press the graham cracker mixture onto the bottom and sides of a spring-form pan and chill.
  7. Whip heavy cream with 1/4 cup sugar until of mounding consistency.
  8. Fold the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.
  9. Gently fold in the Jell-O cubes into the cream mixture.
  10. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared spring-form pan.
  11. Chill for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
