Ingredients

  • 1 lb.of bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice
  • 3 cups of chopped celery
  • 3 cups of chopped carotts
  • 2 cups of chopped onions
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook rice per package directions.
  2. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
  3. Cook bacon in large skillet.Drain off about half of the fat.Steam the vegetables until soft and then mix with rice.Finally you can add soy sauce to it,and BAM!!!!
