Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger or cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. honey

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Add egg to form dough. Roll into thin ropes.
  3. Cut into 1/4-inch long pieces.
  4. Bring honey to a boil in a small pan.
  5. Add Tayglach a few at a time. Boil slowly until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  6. Spoon into a dish and cool.
  7. Pour remaining honey over Tayglach when ready to serve.
