Ingredients

  • 5 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas in half and place them in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Pour white wine over the bananas.
  3. Mix together brown sugar and white sugar.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the bananas and dot with dabs of butter.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
