A creamy, flavorful spinach dip with water chestnuts and leek soup, perfect for parties and gatherings, served with bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix

Instructions

  1. Cook and squeeze spinach until dry.
  2. Stir together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions.
  3. Add garlic powder to taste.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.
  5. Serve in a hollowed-out round French bread bowl with bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
