Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tenderloin or flank steak
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a deep bowl.
  3. Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread meat pieces apart on a baking pan.
  5. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Serve with steamed rice.
