Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Sherry or Red Wine
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 6 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Clove Sliced Garlic
  • 1 Top round or flank steak

Instructions

  1. Mix first eight ingredients. Add meat and marinate for 24 hours.
  2. Broil 10 to 15 minutes each side.
