Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Makes enough for a couple of 12 oz steaks or a 3 lb roast.
