Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Place the roast in a pan.
  2. Spread the celery soup over the roast.
  3. Sprinkle the dry onion soup over the roast.
  4. Pour the water over the top and sides of the roast.
  5. Bake for 3 to 4 hours at 350°F.
  6. During the last hour of baking, place potatoes and carrots around the roast to bake.
