Texas Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can lite beer
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and sugar together.
  2. Add can of beer and stir just until well blended.
  3. Transfer into bread pan.
  4. Let rise for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour melted butter on top.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
