Instructions
- Fry potatoes until tender.
- Fry sausage while potatoes are cooking.
- After potatoes and sausage are cooked, layer sausage over potatoes.
- Pour beaten eggs over sausage and potato layer.
- Cover and let cook.
- When eggs are cooked, add green peppers on top of eggs.
- Put cheese slices on top of green peppers.
- Cover and let cheese melt.
- Recipe can be doubled.
