Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix
  • 1 stick oleo (butter)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the broccoli; melt the oleo (butter) and mix it with 3/4 of the herb stuffing mix.
  2. Add the thawed broccoli, cream-style corn, and Tabasco sauce to the mixture; stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of herb stuffing mix on top.
  5. Bake uncovered at 325° to 350°F for about 45 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and the top is golden.
