Ingredients

  • 2 ruby red grapefruit from Rio Grande Valley
  • 1 Pecos cantaloupe
  • 4 Mission oranges
  • 1 pt. Poteet strawberries
  • 1 pt. East Texas blueberries
  • 1 c. wild dewberries
  • 1/4 Luling watermelon

Instructions

  1. Remove rind from cantaloupe and watermelon.
  2. Seed cantaloupe and cut into 16 crescents.
  3. Cut watermelon into 3-inch wedges and remove visible seeds.
  4. Peel and cut grapefruit into 1/2-inch cartwheels; section the grapefruit.
  5. Wash strawberries, blueberries, and dewberries.
  6. Arrange all prepared fruits attractively on a large tray and garnish with mint leaves.
