Instructions
- Cut and remove the seeds from the chillies. Line baking dish with chillies; sprinkle cheese on top.
- Pour beaten eggs and salt over cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for 30 minutes; cut into small squares.
- This is good served warm or cold and freezes well.
