  2. Bring the white vinegar, salad oil, minced dry onions, Italian seasoning, onion salt, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and sugar to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot dressing over the vegetable mixture.
  4. Put in a jar and refrigerate before serving.
