Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
  • 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 or 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, sour cream, melted margarine, and chopped green onions; toss well to mix.
  2. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
