Ingredients

  • 8 ounces chicken, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 ounces fresh Thai basil, chopped
  • 3 ounces onions, chopped
  • 3 ounces green peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 ounces Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 ounces fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in wok and stiry-fry the chicken for 30 seconds.
  2. Add basil, onion, and pepper and stiry fry until softened.
  3. Season with chili sauce and fish sauce.
