Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend cilantro, peanut butter, garlic, olive oil, ginger, fish sauce, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper in a blender until smooth.
