Instructions
- Boil the turkey carcass, 1/2 of the carrots, celery, and onion, salt, and pepper to make a hearty stock
- Strain the stock
- Add the wild rice to the stalk, cook for ~1h
- With 30 mins remaining, add turkey, green beans, and other half of carrots, celery, and onions, sliced
- Add noodles if desired
