Ingredients

  • 16 oz. box elbow macaroni
  • 12 oz. can pink salmon
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. spicy brown mustard
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large casserole.
  2. Add macaroni and cook until tender.
  3. Drain water from the macaroni.
  4. Mix sour cream, mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the sauce mixture.
  6. Chop pink salmon and fold it into the macaroni mixture.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
