Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 Tbsp.)
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 package softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • dash bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, soften the gelatin in cold water.
  2. Stir over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in the can of tomato soup and beat until smooth.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Gradually blend into softened cream cheese.
  6. Add mayonnaise, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
  7. Beat until smooth with a rotary beater.
  8. Chill until partially set.
  9. Fold in tuna, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  10. Chill overnight before serving.
