  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups ham, cut into pieces
  • 8 thinly sliced frankfurters
  • 3 to 3 1/2 cups thinly sliced potatoes (unpeeled)
  • 1 thinly sliced onion

Instructions

  1. Combine the ham, frankfurters, sliced potatoes, and onion in a 2-quart casserole dish or two smaller baking dishes.
  2. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is lightly browned.
