Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (ripe, peeled, and pitted)
  • 1 lime (medium and juiced)
  • 14 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Place the avocados and lime in a medium bowl and lightly mash with a fork.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 3 hours.
