Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour and salt and let bubble up together.
  2. Remove from heat, add milk all at once, and cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
