Tiffany Punch is a refreshing, fruity beverage with tart lemonade and pineapple flavors, perfect for gatherings and hot summer days, served frozen and topped with bubbly ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can lemonade concentrate
  • 1 small package jello (lemon or lime)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 2 quarts ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the jello and sugar in hot water.
  2. Add lemonade concentrate and the amount of water indicated on the can.
  3. Stir in pineapple juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into gallon plastic jugs and freeze until slushy, about 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Cut open the frozen jugs and place into a punch bowl.
  6. Just before serving, add ginger ale to the punch.
  7. Serve immediately while slushy.
