Ingredients

  • Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 bag elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Grease a casserole dish with butter.
  4. Layer half of the cooked macaroni in the bottom of the casserole dish.
  5. Add a layer of Velveeta cheese slices or chunks over the macaroni.
  6. Add the cooked hamburger over the cheese.
  7. Spread the can of corn over the hamburger.
  8. Pour the can of tomatoes over the corn.
  9. Add the remaining half of the macaroni on top.
  10. Top with the remaining Velveeta cheese.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
